We're particularly interested in local and/or LGBTQIA+ performers.
Our mission and values
Eastleigh Pride wants to transform our town into a place where LGBTQIA+ people can always feel proud, valued, and accepted for who they are.
We are a non-profit organisation and every year we run an inclusive Eastleigh Pride to raise awareness about LGBTQIA+ people and their issues within our community.
Our logo adopts the Spitfire; a WW2 fighter plane that was manufactured in Eastleigh and used to defend British values of social liberalism from being destroyed by far-right fascism.
Years of heritage
Eastleigh Pride CIC was founded by Dannon Robinson in 2017 after he suffered a homophobic attack in his Eastleigh workplace of the time.
Dannon hopes Eastleigh Pride events can help to stamp out homophobia in Eastleigh, and envisions these events can serve as a platform to create awareness about wider LGBTQIA+ issues, including the ongoing national conversation about trans rights.
The Local Heroes Award was awarded to Dannon by the Mayor of Eastleigh in 2023 to recognise his tireless efforts with organising Eastleigh Pride.

Pride March
Pride isn't just a celebration; it's also an ongoing protest by the LGBTQIA+ community to demand we are treated fairly across Eastleigh, as well as the rest of the UK.
Colourful clothes, signs, flags and banners are all encouraged - we just ask you keep it appropriate so we don't alienate any of the younger supporters who join us on our march!

Activities for all the family
During the day we offer a wide range of family friendly activities so that people of all ages can have a chance to enjoy Pride.
Eastleigh Pride 2025 is likely to include:
- Live music
- Food, shop stalls and bars
- Fun fair rides
- Police and fire vehicles for children to explore, as well as a dedicated kids zone

The evening activites are more focused on adults with live music and alcohol.
A bar should be available which sells beers, ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks.
We want everyone to be able to have a great time so we ask you drink responsibly. We're also obligated by our site license to enforce a zero-tolerance drugs policy.

Eastleigh Pride march will start at 11.45am on Market Street, opposite Coffee#1.
The main event takes place from 12.00pm onwards at Leigh Road Recreation Ground.

Pride isn't just a celebration; it's also an ongoing protest by the LGBTQIA+ community to demand we are treated fairly across Eastleigh, as well as the rest of the UK.
Our march begins at Market Street opposite Coffee#1 (we'll be hard to miss!) and will proceed through Wells Road, High Street, and finally terminate at Leigh Road Recreation Ground.
